Mountain View Monte Loma Homes For Sale
One of Mountain View’s oldest neighborhoods, Monta Loma comprises a small area to the northeast of the downtown area. This is one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Mountain View in part because of the many beautiful 50’s era homes, such as Eichlers, that define the “California Modern” style.
Monta Loma has a very active and involved community association, which holds several annual social events as well as having its own Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). The Monta Loma Neighborhood Association was the recipient of the 2010 Elizabeth Anabo BRICC Award from the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.
Located in the northeastern area of Mountain View, Monta Loma is bordered by San Antonio Rd, Central Expressway, South Rengstorff Ave, and Middlefield Rd, and provides easy access to freeways and the downtown area.
